BDX was an industry leader in digital marketing services for over 20 years. When it was acquired in 2024, many of the products and services were

When building a new community, you need lots of content. Some of that is prebuild. Meaning renderings, animations, interactive tours, etc. Visualization tools for homes that are not yet built. If that is what you need, we can certainly connect you with the best in the business, but our current key focus at NewHomeContent, is on what happens after it's built. We can supply all of the tools needed to market your new homes and communities in the best possible light.

Our Videos
Our video solutions are divided into four must-have categories:

Corporate Videos: These are the videos that should be covered at a corporate level. Builder story/branding, process videos, training and consumer education.

Community Videos: These are videos that every community should have. Community tours, model home tours, amenity tours, surrounding area and customer testimonials.

Social Video: This is the type of content you will need on an ongoing basis, so the pricing needs to align with that objective.

TV Commercials: With the growth of streaming, TV commercials are back! However, they are highly targeted and better than ever.
Our 3D Tours
Nine years and over twelve thousand scanned Matterport Tours later, we’d like to consider ourselves experts! We pride ourselves on scanning a complete tour of your property leaving no black spaces, holes or corners of rooms you're unable to access. Our quality control team are particularly picky, which we love… so rest assured if they find an issue with your tour once the data is uploaded, it will be corrected before it’s delivered. We work with each and every client to deliver their tours per their required specifications.
